Shruti is a design leader aiming to enhance people's lives, to bring better experiences through empowering communities. Shruti believes in collaboration for impact and uses design thinking, behavioural insights and iterative prototyping to solve systemic and complex global challenges. Having contributed to public and private sector organisations, Shruti has expanded from a sole designer to leading product teams, shaping product vision and strategy and advocating for users, to scale projects globally.
Currently, working with UNICEF (New York), designing solutions that can drive change for children across the globe. Shruti has previously worked and lived in New York, India, Seoul, France and Copenhagen.
